When you use our app, we collect the following information:
Personal details: name, email, hubId, and selected land
Shift data: shifts you post and shift trades you create
Notification data: a device registration token (used to send push notifications to your device)

Help match you with shift trades that best fit your preferences
Send you relevant notifications (for example, updates about shift trades or app activity)
Maintain the functionality of your account and app experience
We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
We collect and process your personal data only when you have given us clear consent. When creating an account, you are asked to confirm that you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We use Firebase as our cloud storage provider. Your data is protected using:
Firebase Authentication
Firestore security rules
Restricted access controls
Firebase Cloud Messaging for secure delivery of notifications
We take appropriate steps to keep your information secure.
We do not share your personal data with any third parties other than Firebase, which we use for:
Secure data storage and authentication
Sending notifications to your device via Firebase Cloud Messaging
Shift and shift trade data: kept permanently, so we can continue offering the best possible shift-matching service.
Personal account data (name, email, hubId, selected land): kept until you delete your account. Once deleted, your personal data will be permanently removed.
Notification registration tokens: kept while your account is active. If you delete your account or disable notifications, the token will be deleted.
We do not transfer your personal data outside of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA).
